Last night, we had an amazing dinner at El Cielo in Washington, DC. El Cielo is a recipient of a Michelin Star, a highly coveted ranking in the restaurant industry. This morning, I was researching the Michelin Guide and came across this amazing page of recipes from various restaurants.
