Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a muffin pan with 12 paper liners. Rinse the blueberries and toss the blueberries with the 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix the remaining ingredients, except the topping sugar and cinnamon, in a medium bowl. Mix well, fold in the blueberries, spoon into prepared pan. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on the muffins. Bake 15 - 20 minutes.
If you want to substitute chopped dates and walnuts for the blueberries - add 1/2 cup dates and 1/2 cup walnuts
