In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium-high heat until almost crisp. Add the butter, stir until melted, then add the zucchini, cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Cook your pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions, drain. In a large pasta bowl, add the minced parsley and cheese. Add the cooked pasta and cream, stir well. Remove the bacon and zucchini with a slotted spoon from the skillet and add to the pasta mixture. Toss and serve. Top with additional grated cheese.
