Grilled Salmon with Cucumber Dill Sauce

Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, with skin
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • CUCUMBER DILL SAUCE
  • 1/2 seedless cucumber, grated
  • 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine Cucumber Dill Sauce ingredients, mix well and chill several hours.  Prepare grill, place salmon skin side down, season with lemon juice and pepper. Cover grill and cook until salmon flakes with a fork.  Remove from grill and serve with dill sauce.
