Combine the above ingredients in a zip top bag and marinate the pork chops for 1 hour. Remove chops and reserve the marinade. Prepare your grill to medium heat to 350 degrees. Place the pork chops on the grill over direct-heat and sear turning once - 2 - 3 minutes per side. Remove to indirect heat and cook until internal temperature is 145 degrees, about 10 minutes. Baste with the reserved marinade throughout the cooking time.
