Combine brown sugar, salt, half and half, corn syrup, butter and run in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Refrigerate until ready to serve. When ready to serve, reheat sauce in the microwave, spoon 2 - 3 tablespoons of sauce on dessert plate, top with one crepe (let sit at room temperature approx. 25 minutes prior to serving), garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with shaved chocolate.
